Anyone who needs some help with self discipline can join in on a virtual accountability work session. Here are the rules:

• Phones off/silent and out of reach

• Cameras on to enforce accountability

• Microphones muted except to call out someone for being on their phone!

• Write your goals for the session in the chat

At the end of the session, we will share our progress and whether we reached our goals. This will also give us a chance to catch up and socialize a bit as a reward for our hard work!
